I’ve been on a real smoothie kick lately!! I mix it up a lot, but right now this is my favorite recipe! I like to use frozen fruit and greek yogurt to make it thick and creamy. Adding spinach or kale is an easy way to get greens in without changing the taste. The pumpkin seeds add some healthy fats that help to fill you up, and I also add some sort of protein powder or collagen to get more protein in. I feel like using a good blender is key for getting the right consistency. I use the Vitamix but there are a lot of good options out there. I linked some at the end of this post!
- Handful of strawberries
- 1/2 cup passion fruit (I use the Pitaya Foods brand)
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- Handful of spinach
- Tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
- Almond milk
- Collagen or Protein Powder (lately I’ve been using Collagen for Her)
